Investigators say the man in the car behind the truck, Jamarsa Williams, followed it to the recycling center, where the drivers started fighting…The truck driver grabbed a crowbar from his truck and started to swing it around, police said. Williams then got a gun out of his car and shot the truck driver in the abdomen. After shooting the truck driver, Williams waited at the scene for police. ”
