I just want to know how big the rock was to do that kind of damage. Apparently the Incredible Hulk is lurking around Seattle throwing boulders off highway overpasses. Thankfully the driver survived although he was knocked out cold and didn’t even remember the crash when first responders got there. This guys need to be taken off the streets ASAP!
